After a recent acquisition and migration to a newer facility it was obvious that we would need we would need to re-envision our look to reflect the changes that were happening within the company. The initial design idea was literally based on our name, Constellation, and our previous name, The Enterprise. For years the naming conventions has always been a joking matter within the office and with our clients. It may seem cliche, but what better way to name a company that provides numerous advanced online & mobile services that blurs the lines between technology and common functionality. Therefore an the goal was to enrich the company brand with visual value and to honor our company's entertaining naming history.

CWS is a technology company that focuses on building online real estate solutions across many platforms. The collection of services is expansive, and the image above is the first attempt at capturing the space that our products work within.

Decisions made during the design process revolved around building value into all aspects of the site. Colors, gradients, and textures were chosen to distance ourselves from poor stereotypical representations of software/web companies and find a higher ground to build trust. The deep blue color palette provided the separation from lighter hue web trends and the dull yellow provideds great contrast between both the blue and white colors. Stars provided a great visual referrence to the projected company plans for advancing products lines and advancing industry technology overall.

The additional site graphics revolve around the same style, building value and trust. When visiting a website it is important to pay attention to the construction of the site's content and the imagery. Every bit of detail added is important because it relays the dedication to quality and excellence in the group it represents. This is just the start, I know there will be plenty of upgrades and expansions as we have time to continue to reinvention our products and our look.

I love the design of that site. It is a nice clean interface and I'd like to consider using that for the main Constellation site.
